All content, course materials, branding, and systems belong exclusively to AICPE. Unauthorized use, modification, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AICPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or reputation. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to AICPE.

9. Data & Certification

Certificates are generated based on submitted data. AICPE is not responsible for errors caused due to incorrect data provided by institutes.

10. Refund Policy

AICPE does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Institutes are solely responsible for student refunds.

11. Termination

AICPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice in case of violations or misuse.

12. Confidentiality

All exchanged information must be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed without written consent.

13. Compliance with Law

All users and institutes must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction shall be Maharashtra, India.

15. Force Majeure

AICPE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

Users agree to receive communication via SMS, email, or other channels for service-related updates.

AICPE is not affiliated with any government body and does not guarantee employment or business outcomes.

18. Indemnification

Users and institutes agree to indemnify AICPE against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, breach of terms, or unlawful activities.
