• Institute / Franchisee: Authorized training partner.
• User: Any visitor, student, institute, or staff.
• Student: Individual enrolled in any course.

2. Nature of Services

AICPE is a private, self-funded organization engaged in designing and providing educational course modules, certification services, and platform access. AICPE does not guarantee job placement, income, business success, or government recognition of its certifications.

3. Role of Institutes / Franchisees

• Institutes operate independently and are not employees or agents of AICPE.
• Institutes are solely responsible for infrastructure, staff, training quality, and operations.
• Institutes must provide accurate student data and complete syllabus delivery.
• Misleading claims about AICPE or false promises are strictly prohibited.
• Institutes cannot modify AICPE course material or misuse branding.
• Engaging in competing or conflicting business without permission is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content (aicpe.online)

Institutes may create courses, seminars, or workshops on the platform. AICPE acts only as a technology provider. All responsibilities including content accuracy, delivery, compliance, and financial dealings lie solely with the institute.

5. Student Terms

• Admissions are managed by institutes, not AICPE.
• Fees paid to institutes are non-refundable by AICPE.
• AICPE is not responsible for training quality or commitments made by institutes.

6. Fees & Payments

• All fees paid to AICPE are strictly non-refundable.
• Wallet balances are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
• Institutes are responsible for taxes and fee collection compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, branding, and systems belong exclusively to AICPE. Unauthorized use, modification, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AICPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or reputation. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to AICPE.

9. Data & Certification

Certificates are generated based on submitted data. AICPE is not responsible for errors caused due to incorrect data provided by institutes.

10. Refund Policy

AICPE does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Institutes are solely responsible for student refunds.

11. Termination

AICPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice in case of violations or misuse.

12. Confidentiality

All exchanged information must be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed without written consent.

13. Compliance with Law

All users and institutes must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction shall be Maharashtra, India.

15. Force Majeure

AICPE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

16. Communication Consent

Users agree to receive communication via SMS, email, or other channels for service-related updates.

17. Disclaimer

AICPE is not affiliated with any government body and does not guarantee employment or business outcomes.

18. Indemnification

Users and institutes agree to indemnify AICPE against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, breach of terms, or unlawful activities.

19. Updates to Terms

AICPE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
